Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Oberes Feld I — 1st Amendment” of the municipality of Seelbach from XPlanung 5.0. Description: In the development plan approved on 25.01.1967, the two buildings on the “Old Road” were designated Houses No. 6 and 8x with a roof slope of 20-25 °.
