Development plan Bramfeld 36 1st change Hamburg
Description
The Ordinance on the development plan Bramfeld 36 of 7 May 1968 (HmbGVBl. P. 108) is amended as follows:
1. The attached “Annex to the Ordinance amending the Bramfeld 36 Development Plan Regulation” is added to the Regulation.
2. In the single paragraph, the following paragraph 3 is added:
(3) In the industrial area, retail establishments shall be prohibited, with the exception of mail-order and mail order sales outlets linked to business and geographical location. By way of exception, retail trade in connection with craft and manufacturing industries and establishments dealing with motor vehicles, boats, furniture, carpets and equally surface-stressing articles, including accessories, or in building materials, tools, garden tools or other construction and garden supplies, shall be permitted to issue or store those articles. The Building Use Ordinance in the version of 23 January 1990 (BGBl. I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (BGBl. I p. 466, 479), is applicable.
