Reports submitted in the mobile application "Liepājas pilsētas", 2023
Description
In the ‘Send a message’ section of the application, citizens are invited to inform the municipality about the necessary improvements in the urban environment. It can report on areas under the responsibility of the Utility Administration, such as burnt lights, a pit on the street surface, damaged benches or broken branches of trees in urban parks. When making suggestions or reporting problems, the user can add pictures and indicate the exact location. The messages sent will be processed, passed on to the responsible services and feedback on the status of the case in the application.
