Conservation of Habitats of Community Interest, publication 2018
Description
This cartography shows for each polygon the conservation status of the HIC or HICs present in it based on 2 different methodologies, this is because it has been necessary to respond:
On the one hand, to the six-yearly report, the state in which the variable structure and functions is in each polygon has been calculated, whose methodology can be consulted in the documents of the publication.
On the other hand, the degree of conservation of HICs in Natura 2000 sites. For this purpose, the state of the structure and the state of the functions are calculated separately. The methodology to calculate the state of the structure largely coincides with that of the state of structure and functions of the six-yearly report and for the calculation of the state of the functions 3 parameters, influence of the environment, climate change and fires are used. The analyses have been carried out with the Natura Network information available at the time (publication 2018-2019).
