Description
Development plan of the city of Freiburg im Breisgau.
Development plan 6-090 entered into force on 14.10.1988. Its scope lies in the districts Weingarten, St. Georgen, Haslach and Betzenhausen.
A development plan contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning and is the central element of construction management planning. The setting-up community regulates where, what and how can be built. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan.
