Description

The development plan Poppenbüttel 39/Hummelsbüttel 27 for the area on both sides of the old country road between Hinsbleek and Hollenbek/Am Hesel (district Wandsbek, districts 519 and 520) is established. The planned area is limited as follows: Hollenbek - Alte Landstraße - Am Hehsel - northern boundary of parcel 470, western-north and eastern boundary of parcel 473, northern boundary of parcels 474, 475, 2088, 476, 477, 479, 1357 and 480 of the Hummelsbüttel district, northern boundary of parcels 1704, 1703, 1702, 3590 and 1698, western and northern boundary of parcel 1699 of the Poppenbüttel district, via parcel 1732 (Vogtskamp), northern boundary of parcel 1778, western and northern boundary of parcel 1780, northern boundary of parcels 1781 to 1784 of the Poppenbüttel district, via parcel 1785 (Golddiestelweg), northern boundary of parcels 1786, 1787, 7407, 1789, 1790, 1791, 7604 and 1793 of the Poppenbüttel district, via parcel 1900 (Granelweg), Northern boundaries of the parcels 1901 to 1907 of the Poppenbüttel district, via the parcel 1908 (Bilsenkrautweg), northern boundaries of the parcels 1909 to 1912 and 1914 of the Poppenbüttel district - via the parcel 1966 (Goldröschenweg), northern boundaries of the parcels 2046 to 2053, west-north-east boundary of the parcel 5909 of the Poppenbüttel district - Alte Landstraße - Hinsbleek - western, northern and eastern boundary of the parcel 7096, eastern boundary of the parcel 1654, southeast boundary of the parcel 1657, southern boundaries of the parcels 7098, 7097, 1666, 5061, 1668, 1669, 4535, 1671 to 1674, 1676 to 1678, 4173, 1680 to 1685, 1688, 4184, 1690, 2095, 1695 (Langwisch) and 5979 of the district Poppenbüttel, southern borders of the parcels 1381, 488 to 490, 1380, 492, 1379, 495 and 496, southeast border of the parcel 1378, over the parcel 1378, southwest border of the parcel 497 of the district Hummelsbüttel.
