Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Dachgaubensatzung” of the municipality of Zimmer ob Rottweil from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Articles of Association for the approval of roof structures, roof windows, diaphragm gables and roof cuts.
