Description
Mapping of distribution of terrestrial and marine wild species present in Spain according to the information provided by the EIDOS database (species in Greek), which incorporates the official information on the species present in Spain that the Ministry has been collecting in its different projects in recent years.
These data, of great scientific value, were collected until now in independent projects, sometimes scattered and without a common structure, which made it difficult for citizens to locate and use them.
EIDOS solves these problems by providing this information with a common structure based on the international Plinian Core standard that allows the data collected on the Ministry's servers to be presented to the citizen in real time.
