Description
The development plan Winterhude 37/Alsterdorf 17 for the area between Alsterdorfer Straße, Bahntrasse, Carl-Cohn-Straße, Krochmannstraße and Braamkamp (district of Hamburg-Nord, districts 408, 407) is established.
The area shall be limited as follows:
Alsterdorfer Straße — northern borders of the parcels 2694, 2009, 2017 and 2058 of the area Winterhude — Carl-Cohn-Straße — Krochmannstraße — Braamkamp.
