Development plan Poppenbüttel 47 Hamburg

Description

The planned area represents the southern entrance to the industrial park on the Poppenbütteler Bogen/Ecke Harksheider Straße. Harksheider Straße connects Poppenbüttel with Norderstedt. Directly to the south of the planned area borders a small garden complex, which is followed by a partially compacted single-family house development. Southwest, on the opposite side of Harksheider Straße, there is an open single-family house development. The planned area itself is mainly used by the company Teppich Stark itself, on the property Harksheider Straße 100 there was formerly a car trade.
