SP Areas Hamburg

Description

The SP areas are, in addition to HafenCity, demarcated larger urban areas, for which the Senate has temporarily reserved responsibility for development planning and construction supervision in accordance with § 7 Bauleitplanfeststellungsgesetz. The applicable SP areas result from Section 5(4) et seq. Subdelegation Ordinance Construction. The transfer back to the Senate ends either after the deadline has expired or after the SP area has been completely or partially repealed by an amendment to the Subdelegation Ordinance construction and thus released back into the planning and approval competence of the respective district office.
