WMS Topographic Map Works MV (WMS_MV_DTK)
Description
This service is used to represent the topographic maps 1:10 000-1:1 000 000. It is operated by the State of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, State Office for Internal Administration. The topographic maps present the results of the topographical country survey, which are guided in the digital landscape models (for floor plan information) and the digital terrain models (for the terrain surface), digital (grid data and web services) and analog (print and plot). The topographic map 1:10 000 (TK10) is the base topographic map for Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. The visualisation of the data of the basic landscape model and the digital terrain model of the highest resolution is carried out on the basis of a uniform nationwide catalogue of signatures. The topographic maps 1:25 000 to 1:100 000 Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania correspond to the signature catalogues for the processing of topographic maps issued on behalf of the Working Group of Surveying Administrations of the Länder of the Federal Republic of Germany (AdV). The topographic maps 1:50 000 and 1:100 000 are issued as civil-military maps on the basis of a federal-state agreement.
