The Urban Planning Regulations regulate urban planning and construction activities for the entire municipal territory, setting the rules for interventions on existing settlements, for the construction of new buildings and for the transformation of the Territory. The Urban Planning Regulation translates the directives and operational guidelines of the Structural Plan into operational rules and requirements. The Urban Planning Regulation is updated to the Variant for Rimigliano 2011 and contextual implementation plan CAMPINGVILLAGE PARK ALBATROS approved by D.C.C. no 99 of 14/11/2017.
