Land Use Plan - Changes/Corrections/Supplements (WFS Service)
Description
The land use plan must be continuously updated in order to keep it up-to-date. On the one hand, changed framework conditions are to be considered, on the other hand, concrete planning projects that lead to changed representations in the land use plan.
The procedure for amending the land use plan and supplementing the land use plan shall be the same as for drawing up the land use plan. The zoning plan is supplemented for areas that were previously excluded from presentations, while the zoning plan change means the change from an existing to a different presentation.
The land use plan correction is carried out following the preparation of a development plan of the interior development for the adaptation of the land use plan representations to the contents of the development plan, without carrying out the process steps as in the land use plan change.
