Pension schemes

Description

What pension schemes are there? How do they differ from each other? Who is a taxable person? There are three statutory pension schemes, each with its own funding: Any person who pursues a professional activity in Belgium under one of those schemes is entitled to a pension under that scheme, depending on his or her activity. There are more and more mixed careers. This means that the same person pursues, on a continuous or non-continuous basis, professional activities in several schemes, allowing him to acquire pension rights in several schemes. These activities may be carried out successively or in parallel. On the dashboard below, you can see the amounts paid in the different plans.
