Green percentage by municipality/neighborhood/neighbourhood

Description

The map shows the percentage of greenery (vegetation) per municipality, district or neighbourhood and is a derivative of the Atlas Natural Capital Green Map from 2022. This green consists of all green elements, such as verges, lawns, trees and parks. Green makes an important contribution to a pleasant and healthy living environment. The presence of vegetation (grasses, plants and trees) in the living environment can contribute to both physical and mental health. For example, people are more likely to walk outside if there is a park in the area or trees provide cooling and shade during a hot summer day.
