Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Gewerbegebiet Himmelreich” of the city of Laichingen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The aim of urban development is to provide commercial space for local needs in order to enable the continuation of the local operation. Concrete construction phases are already planned.
