Description
Presentation of community cooperations for operational location development. In Upper Austria, the company’s location and area development is based on strategic coordination at the state level and regional cooperation. In recent years, municipal associations in particular have established themselves as bodies for advising decisions on business and retail locations within the region (INKOBA, business parks). Are all these activities coordinated and controlled by Business Upper Austria? Oh, OÖ.Business Agency GmbH.
Municipal associations have rights to issue opinions in spatial planning procedures pursuant to § 13(3) and § 33(2) lit. 8 Oö. Spatial Planning Act 1994 as amended.
Therefore, the relevance of constantly paying attention to this issue on the part of spatial planning is also increasing.
