Available since 01 June 2016 in the town halls of the metropolis, the producers' notebook highlights local producers and their products.
With more than half of its territory cultivated, the metropolis has now become the first agricultural metropolis in France. Agriculture strongly favoured by its climate, low relief and the quality of its land, which offers access to many fresh products.
Bringing urban and rural areas closer together, supporting and promoting farmers, promoting their quality local products and creating or strengthening a link between producers and metropolitan areas... these are the objectives of this producers’ guide.
