Representation of seabed reliefs in the reef areas of Mayotte — CARMAY Project
Description
This representation of the reliefs of the backgrounds comes from the combination of the Mayotte Bathymetric Composite MNT, resulting from the fusion between the Litto3d MNT at 1 m and acoustic data at 25 m resolution, and the Homonim MNT at 100 m of spatial resolution. It generates a layer of information revealing many details of the geomorphology of reefs.
These images were generated and used as baseline data for the CARMAYOTTE project (Cartography of reef habitats of Mayotte, funding PNMM/AFB/CUFR/IFRECOR 2019-2020).
