Description
The development plan Sülldorf 17/Blankenese 32 for the area of application (two sub-areas) west of Hasenhöhe, north of Strohredder and east Heidrehmen (Altona district, districts 223 and 225) is established.
The plan area (two sub-areas) is limited as follows:
Part A:
Strohredder — southern boundary of parcel 5259 (Strohredder), across parcels 5312 and 5247, western boundary of parcel 5238 of the Dockenhuden area — West boundary of parcels 2466 and 431 of the Sülldorf-West and northern boundary of the parcel 4297 of the Dockenhuden area — Hasenhöhe.
Part B:
Northeast border of parcel 2736, over parcels 2736 and 2733, southwest border of parcel 2733, over parcel 2736 of the Sülldorf area.
