Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Thomaswiesen” of the town of Laichingen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: With the first amendment of the development plan and local building regulations Thomaswei pursues mainly the following urban planning objectives: to adapt the building boundaries to the requirements of an orderly urban development taking into account the plots in the redeployment plan.nAmendment of the local building regulations regarding roof shape and roof slope n Fixing the altitude (EFH) of the buildings.
