Description
The digital overview map of Lower Saxony 1:500 000 (DÜKN500) depicts the state of Lower Saxony nationwide and is suitable for an overall view of the country. It is offered in the normal edition and administrative edition variants. The standard edition (2017 edition) clearly highlights settlement and traffic structures. It offers an excellent overview for long-distance transport and a quick orientation for city seekers. In addition, the terrain shapes are illustrated by elevation points. A contemporary GPS orientation is possible thanks to the printed UTM coordinate grid. The administrative edition (2013 issue year) provides an overview of the political structure of Lower Saxony down to the representation of a velvet community on a color-reduced map basis.
