Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Southeast and Krähenlau” of the town of Laichingen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: With the development plan 10. Change Southeast and Krähenlau, the city of Lachingen responds to the actual demand for residential building plots near the city center, north of the Goethesraße. The aim of the Babuung Plan Change is the sustainable development and re-densification of these properties.
