Land use plan of the city of Cottbus (1st amendment)
Description
The land use plan as a preparatory planning plan represents the first planning stage of the municipal planning of the city of Cottbus. In accordance with Paragraph 5(1) of the BauGB, that plan describes the nature of the land use resulting from the planned urban development and the foreseeable needs. The representations of the land use plan consist of the plan drawing in the original scale 1: 10,000 (sheet — no. 1/2) as well as the plan “Message takeovers, markings and representations” (sheet — No.2/2). Sheet No. 2/2 has been prepared for better readability and clarity and is a direct component and complementing the plan drawing of the land use plan.
