Daily values for weather observations
Description
The data include the calculated and measured daily values of the weather stations of the Finnish Meteorological Institute since 1844. The calculated values are the daily average air temperature and the daily rain accumulation. The measured values are the minimum and maximum air temperature, the minimum ground temperature and the snow depth. The extreme air temperature values shall be measured at 06 and 18 UTC and the minimum ground temperature of 06 UTC. These represent extreme values over the previous 12-hour period (18-06 and 06-18 UTC).
