Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Sodenstock Extension II” of the municipality of Ebersbach-Musbach from XPlanung 5.0. Description: With the further expansion of the “Sodenstock” industrial area, the existing commercial development in form and size is essentially to be taken over. As a compensatory measure and for the necessary local greening, the green strip on the southwestern edge of the plan area is to be continued and planted with tall-growing trees.
