Description
The data set contains the areas (areas) that have been drained (drained) since about 1890 by a consolidation/regulation of goods, modern melioration or individual melioration. These areas received contributions from the federal government and the canton for the construction of drainage systems. A regulatory note is entered in the land register on the parcels in these areas. The note includes: Refund obligation, prohibition of misuse, prohibition of dismemberment, management obligation, maintenance obligation (according to the Federal and Cantonal Agriculture Act). With the introduction of the building zones and the Building Act, this remark is no longer necessary in the building zones. The respective municipalities (in individual cases also maintenance cooperatives) own these communal drainage systems. They are also responsible for following up the management plans. At the Department of Agriculture Aargau, however, the execution plans (not followed up) with the status at the time of construction are still available as Tif files.
