Mean Annual Drain Height (HAD)
Description
Map 3.5 shows the average annual outflow height of the Federal Republic of Germany as a grid field representation in a resolution of approximately 1 km² relative to the period 1961-1990 (MhA 61-90). The outflow height [mm/a] (or drain dispensing [l/s*km²]) reflects the flow observed at a given coagulation cross-section in relation to the associated catchment area.
