Description
Long-Term Ecosystem Research (LTER) connects around 400 research sites, 100 institutions and a variety of research projects in 24 national networks in Europe. Lter-Europe explores the wide range of European ecosystems from Arctic and Alpine to Mediterranean locations.
The “White Paper” formulates the situation and orientation of process-oriented ecosystem research, biodiversity research and nature conservation research as well as socio-economic long-term research in Austria.
