Development plan Barmbek-Süd 31 Hamburg
Description
The development plan Barmbek-Süd 31 for the area of application between Spohrstraße, Osterbekstraße, Brucknerstraße, Schleidenstraße and Lohkoppelstraße as well as between Weidestraße, Weberstraße, Lachnerstraße and Biedermannplatz (district of Hamburg-Nord, district 419) is established.
The area shall be limited as follows:
Sub-area 1:
Schleidenstraße — southern boundary of parcel 2877, south and west boundary of parcel 6001, western boundary of parcel 6017, southern boundary of parcels 6016 and 6044, east,- south and west border of parcel 6044, via parcel 1406 (Easterbekstraße), north and east boundary of parcel 5698 of the Barmbek area.
Sub-area 2:
Weberstraße — North borders of parcels 2954 and 688 of the Barmbek-Biedermannplatz — Weidestraße area.
