Development plan Barmbek-Süd 31 Hamburg

Description

The development plan Barmbek-Süd 31 for the area of application between Spohrstraße, Osterbekstraße, Brucknerstraße, Schleidenstraße and Lohkoppelstraße as well as between Weidestraße, Weberstraße, Lachnerstraße and Biedermannplatz (district Hamburg-Nord, district 419) is established. The area is delimited as follows: Sub-area 1: Schleidenstraße - southern boundary of parcel 2877, southern and western boundary of parcel 6001, western boundary of parcel 6017, southern boundary of parcels 6016 and 6044, east, south and west boundary of parcel 6044, via parcel 1406 (Osterbekstraße), northern and eastern boundary of parcel 5698 of the Barmbek district. Sub-area 2: Weberstraße - northern boundaries of the parcels 2954 and 688 of the district Barmbek- Biedermannplatz - Weidestraße.
