Management agreement

Description

Maintenance is divided into maintenance and repair in Tievelho's concepts. Care responsibility describes who is responsible for arranging care. Care responsibilities may also include ordering care. Generally, the responsibility for maintenance lies with the owner of the road section. Abnormal or more specific management responsibility information/agreements are recorded for this target category.
