Vienna: land potentially available in already urbanised areas of municipalities
Description
State of play of land availability in the already urbanised areas of the communes of Nouvelle-Aquitaine, established on the basis of land registers (version 2018).
Three types of potentially mutable land:
— lot 1: availability in unbuilt land units,
— lot 2: within built land units, availability allowing, by land division, to create a “constructible” space after subtracting the building and its living space:plot bottom, BIMBY, etc.
— lot 3: definition of constructible spaces by aggregating residual spaces from lots 1 and 2.
