JHS 158 Metadata of location data
Description
The recommendation defines the content of the metadata of vector and raster spatial data and provides instructions for describing spatial data and documenting metadata. The recommendation primarily concerns digital spatial data. The 2010 update takes into account the impact of the INSPIRE Metadata Regulation. The INSPIRE metadata profile is described in the fully revised Annex 4 to the Recommendation. (18.8.2011)
