Description

The zoning plan (BPL) contains the legally binding stipulations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data are the development plan ‘Spitalstraße/ Thumbstraße, 2. Änderung’ of the city of Weingarten from XPlanung 5.0. Description: With regard to the admissibility or eligibility of retail or entertainment venues, a strategic development plan must be observed or reference is made to the currently valid retail concept or the currently valid entertainment venue concept of the city of Weingarten.
