The history of the alpine pastures and stopping in the intermediate murals in the Johnsbachtal valley
Description
From a topographical point of view, the intermediate mowers were not among the favorable pastures. Except for the oxenpointneralm, long-seat, Cainzenalpl and Kaderalpl were probably Voralmen in the sense of temporary holdings for Galtvieh, which did not have to be milked. This shows how valuable from the 17th to the 19th century every small and lean pasture area was for livestock farming in the Gesäuse.
