Description
Based on the soil functions defined in the Federal Soil Protection Act (§2(2)), evaluation criteria for sub-functions of soil are determined by means of evaluation methods agreed between the State Geological Services from the basic data of the soil and provided at thematic levels of the potential of the soil.
For medium-sized agricultural site mapping, the data levels are evaluated:
— Arable numbers of agricultural sites.
The evaluation of the Preliminary Soil Map of Saxony-Anhalt with regard to the potential of the soils is carried out for the data levels:
— Müncheberger Soil Quality Rating,
— Extreme floors,
— Leachate rate,
— Outflow regulation potential,
— Exchange frequency of soil water,
— Infiltration potential, use-differentiated,
— Infiltration potential, unveiled soil,
— Organic carbon reserves in soil (0-1 m).
An evaluation of the data level class sign of soil estimation is carried out for the data levels:
— Exclusion factors for the application of sewage sludge,
— Classification of the eligibility of the application of sewage sludge.
