WMS Service (Web Map Service) Areas vulnerable to nitrate pollution (Quarterly Report 2012-2015. Dir 91/676/EEC)
Description
The WMS Service (Web Map Service) called Areas vulnerable to nitrate pollution (Quarterly Report 2012-2015. Dir 91/676/EEC) allows the visualisation and consultation of vector data and alphanumeric information associated with the mapping of areas vulnerable to nitrate pollution from agricultural activity, in accordance with Directive 1/676/EEC concerning the protection of waters against pollution caused by nitrates from agricultural sources ("Nitrates Directive"). They are monitored by underground and surface sampling stations, and information is reported to the European Commission every four years.
This version of the vulnerable zones corresponds to that contained in the monitoring report for Directive 91/676/EEC for the four-year period 2012-2015.
