Description
The share of dwellings of state-owned housing associations in the housing stock for the year 2017 is shown by at the level of the forecast rooms.
In 2017, the six state-owned housing associations accounted for 16.2% of Berlin's housing stock. In 16 forecast rooms, the urban housing stock was below 5%. Ten forecast rooms accounted for more than 30% of the city's housing stock. The highest shares of urban housing stock can be found in the forecast areas Buch (43.8%), Hohenschönhausen Nord (52.2%) and CW 1 (47.2%).
