Development plan Lurup 37 1st amendment Hamburg
Description
The Regulation on the development plan Lurup 37 of
20 October 1970 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette, page 278) is amended as follows:
1. The current single paragraph shall be Section 1. 2; As a new § 2, the following shall be inserted:
» SECTION 2
The following provisions apply to the implementation of the development plan:
1. In the commercial area, retail establishments are prohibited.
2. The Tree Protection Ordinance of 17 September 1948 (collection of adjusted hamburg law 1 791-i) applies to the planned area, as last amended on 2 July 1981 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette, page 167).’
