Perimeter of the Territorial Coherence Scheme Lille Métropole

Created by the SRU Law (Solidarity and Urban Renewal, 2000), the Territorial Coherence Scheme (SCOT) is an inter-municipal planning document, inscribed in a perspective of sustainable development.

The scope of the Lille Métropole SCOT covers two inter-municipalities:
the European Metropolis of Lille (MEL) and
the Community of communes Pévèle Carembault (CCPC).
