The development plan Eißendorf 38/Marmstorf 3 for the area of application between Ernst-Bergeest-Weg, Bremer Straße, Eißendorfer Grenzweg and Heino-Marx-Weg (District of Harburg, districts 709, 710) is established.
The area shall be limited as follows:
Ernst-Bergeest-Weg — Bremer Straße — North-east border of the parcel 4287, northwest boundary of the parcel 4302, north-east borders of parcels 4302, 4303 and 4288 of the Eißendorf — Eißendorfer Grenzweg — south-east boundary of the parcels 1526 and 1530 of the area Eißendorf — Heino — Marx-Weg.
