Mining hazards — Normandy
Description
The objective of the hazard assessment phase is to locate and prioritise areas exposed to potential phenomena at several levels, depending on their intensity and probability of occurrence.
This assessment does not include the nature of surface occupancy. It transcribed objectively the potential for nuisance which the former mining operation is likely to cause in the study sector in the long run. These data are derived from studies carried out by GEODERIS (Public Interest Group formed between BRGM and IINERIS, working as an expert and technical assistant for the State on the post-mine).
