Local plan adopted by Resolution No XXXVI/380/08 of the City Council of Opole of 25 September 2008 on the adoption of a local spatial development plan in the area of Szczepanowice in Opole. An integral part of the resolution is the drawing of the local plan (on a scale of 1:2000), appearing in the form of a raster with geo-referenced. The local plan is an act of local law, the content of which is the arrangements concerning the use of land and the means of their development and development.
