Reporting Water Framework Directive 2010: Competent authorities, basins and sub-units
Description
Information on the competent authorities for the application of the WFD rules, by detailed elements grouped according to the following topics (simplified here):
-list of competent authorities and their roles,
-list of basins and sub-units associated with the competent authorities.
A file is available for each DCE pool. All the elements and the rules for filling the fields are explained in the xsd file RBDSUCA_3p0.xsd accessible for download by the link to the associated xsd file.
Directive 2000/60/EC, known as the Water Framework Directive (WFD), establishes a framework for Community action in the field of water policy. It provides for several stages of implementation, each giving rise to a report: the report carried out in March 2010 relates to management plans, and incorporates data from previous reports.
