Description
The program to ensure the implementation by the management of social protection of the population of the executive committee of the Slavutsk City Council of court decisions and related penalties for 2021-2023 (hereinafter referred to as the program) is designed to ensure the execution of court decisions and executive documents, the defendant for which is the Department of Social Protection of the Executive Committee of the Slavutsk City Council in terms of the implementation of delegated powers, not provided with sufficient financial resources from the State Budget of Ukraine.
