Total cadastral values of civil engineering structures

The data set contains official statistics on the total cadastral values of engineering structures registered in the Information System of the State Cadastre of Immovable Property by administrative territory of Latvia.

• Administrative territory – unit of territorial division of Latvia in which a local government, within the scope of its competence, carries out administration.
• Land Unit - a demarcated land parcel registered in the cadastre, which has been granted a cadastre designation.
• __Cadastral value __ – according to uniform principles of cadastral assessment, the monetary value of a cadastral object has been determined on a specific date in accordance with the Cadastre data. The cadastral value does not include the value of the forest stand.
• __Total of cadastral values __ – sum of current cadastral values of land units registered in the cadastre, broken down by administrative territorial units.
