Reserve area drinking water
Description
principle (see glossary) in the regional plan for securing water bodies for drinking water production on the basis of the secured demand (objective) or the long-term demand (principle) for drinking water, so that their long-term regenerative capacity is guaranteed and impairments are avoided. Other spatially significant uses of the land must be compatible with the protection of drinking water.
