Land prices (median) of the built-up land implemented in the open-hand purchase by urban district and zone type (only BZO16)
Description
These data include the median prices per square metre of building land of traded land in the city of Zurich by hand change year, city quarter and zone type. Due to the introduction of the new building and zoning regulations in November 2018, the time series will only start in January 2019.
